Do you have an annual shutdown ?
No. Many of our customers work throughout the holiday months - we will not shut down during this period, in order to provide the same level of support and service expected throughout the year. |

Can I have a maintenance contract for my machine?
Indeed you can, in fact you should. A maintenance contract will ensure that your machine remains in good condition at a predetermined, and advantageous, cost. |

Do you give credit terms ?
Yes, after credit application is approved. A 10% discount is applicable on consumables paid on 'cash' basis. |

Must I use only Canon consumables with Canon machines?
We can only guarantee safety and quality when genuine Canon consumables are used. Besides, use of non-Canon equivalents products frequently leads to damage and reduced life of components, such as drums, rollers, &c. |

And from 150 other outlets in Malta and Gozo. We also deliver free of charge. |

Yes, we do.Our spare parts stock is based on the Canon usage schedules for each model and subsequently modified to meet specific local conditions. In addition, the Canon "Hot-Line" service is very efficient and ensures that any urgently required part is dispatched to us urgently by courier. |

Do you have multifunction models?
Yes, most of the Canon Fax range is Multifunctional where incorporated in one unit exist the facilities to:
Colour faxing, colour scanning, colour printing from your PC and colour copying, a telephone with an answering machine connection, and bundled software that will enable you to send eMail messages by fax.
On some models you may also scan documents to your PC and send instantly by eMail. |

Why should I spend money on a maintenance contract for a machine still under guarantee?
The two are not related. The guarantee covers you for any defects of material and workmanship; the maintenance contract ensures that your machine is regularly inspected, cleaned, and serviced. Do you change oil, oil filter, aircleaner etc. whilst your car is under guarantee ? |
