Storekeeper/Delivery Person
We are seeking to employ a Storekeeper / Delivery Person on a full-time basis.
Working hours are between 08.00 and 16.30 from Monday to Friday; extra hours that may be occasionally required will be paid at overtime rates as stipulated by law.
Requirements:
- Preferably fluent in both spoken and written Maltese and English
- Valid driver’s license – for cars, licence B and ideally, licenced to drive a small motorbike (Vespa type).
- Clean police conduct
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Smart appearance
Job Description:
The chosen candidate will be required to carry out normal store-keeping duties including the following:
- Receipt and checking of incoming goods
- Placing of goods received in stores and the general maintenance and upkeep of the stores area
- Posting in stock system
- Packing and preparation for deliveries
- Assisting in Retail area
- Assisting with deliveries as and when necessary
The ideal candidate will be required to deal directly with clients at the stores and via email/phone.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and willingness to do the job.
Training will be provided on the job.
